The project included repositioning an existing 8-story building  into a Class A office building with larger floor plates and adding 2 additional levels to maximize the FAR on the site. The design had to accommodate the existing structure, while enhancing the foundations to allow for the additional 2 floors. The outdated mechanical systems were replaced along with the entire core of the building. The most prominent portion of the project was the reskin of the south facade in a manner to address L street and sell the project with a clean, modern design.
