The site is situated along the Dulles toll road adjacent to the newly opened Wiehle avenue metro stop along the silver line. The site contains a podium of above grade and below grade parking for the metro site with multiple phases of construction above that will eventually contain office, hotel, and residential uses. Hickok Cole was brought on for the residential and hotel components and to coordinate with the other two Architecture firms developing the parking garage and office components. The multi-family high-rise (Building 4) includes 450 units, an above grade parking garage, and retail space at grade and at the plaza level. The future Hotel (Building 5) component was designed through schematic design and only the plaza level was built to house additional retail space.
